The Council’s Southern Planning Committee is to consider this application and will be undertaking a site visit before making a decision on it.
The purpose of a site visit is to allow the Committee members to see for themselves the layout and topography of the site and buildings and how the proposal may affect:-
- the character and appearance of this area;
- the amenity of any adjacent residential property.
The purpose of this letter is to inform you that the site visit is to take place on Monday 3rd July 2017 at approximately 10.15 am
Representatives of the Parish Council may be present at the time the site visit takes place but will not be asked to present any views or opinions as these will have already been included with the relevant committee report. They may be asked to point out physical features, as points of fact, to the committee. Please note that up to two parish member may attend the site inspection. Attendance on private land, by any persons, is subject to the consent of the owner/applicant.
